How does dubbing with a cloned voice work?

Clone the speaker's voice from 10 to 60 seconds of their speech. Translate the script, or have it translated. Then paste each language's script, pick the cloned voice and download the audio.

The player above is one voice in four languages. A voice cloned from Hindi speech speaks Tamil, English and the rest in the same voice.

Does Chariot translate the video or match the lips?

No. Chariot turns the script you give it into speech in the cloned voice. It does not translate the script or sync lips to the picture. Bring the translated script, and lay the audio over the video in your editor.

How do I fit a new language to the original timing?

Generate the script a line at a time and place each line where the original falls. A line that runs long can be rewritten shorter, the way a dubbing script is, or read faster with the API's speed setting.

Are numbers and English words read correctly in each language?

Yes. Each script is read the way a person there says it: dates, times, rupee amounts and English product names included.
