4. Voice, Audio, and Impersonation

You may not use the Services to clone, imitate, synthesize, generate, or deploy any person’s voice unless you have all required rights, permissions, consents, notices, and legal bases.

You may not use the Services to impersonate any person or entity without authorization; mislead others about the identity of a speaker or source of a communication; clone, imitate, or generate the voice of a celebrity, public figure, politician, executive, employee, customer, private individual, or government official without authorization, a valid legal basis, or Chariot’s express approval; create deceptive deepfakes or misleading synthetic media; or use someone’s voice in a way that violates their privacy, publicity, personality, intellectual property, contractual, or other rights.

If you use custom voice or voice cloning features, you must be able to prove that you have obtained the required consent and rights from the relevant speaker or rights holder.

11. Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Rights Violations

You may not use the Services to infringe or violate any person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, personality, voice, contractual, confidentiality, data protection, or other rights.

You may not remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices, watermarks, labels, signatures, or rights-management information from the Services or outputs where such removal is prohibited.

12. Model Extraction, Distillation, and Competing Uses

You may not use the Services, outputs, API responses, audio, generated speech, transcripts, metadata, or other data from the Services to train, fine-tune, distill, evaluate, benchmark, improve, or develop any model, system, product, or service that competes with Chariot or is substantially similar to the Services, without Chariot’s prior written permission.

We may report suspected illegal activity, fraud, abuse, security threats, or rights violations to law enforcement, regulators, rights holders, telecom providers, payment processors, cloud providers, or other relevant third parties where permitted or required by law.
