Research Engineer / Software Engineer
Full-time & Internships · DelhiWe're hiring engineers across the stack — from model research to infrastructure. Depending on your strengths, you'll either be pushing the frontier on model architectures and training, or building the systems that make it all run. Most people here do some of both.
What you'll do
- Design and implement model architectures for language, vision, and speech
- Run large-scale training experiments on GPU clusters
- Build training infrastructure, data pipelines, and serving systems
- Develop APIs and products on top of our foundation models
- Work end-to-end — the line between research and engineering is thin here
What we look for
- Strong fundamentals in deep learning, systems, or both
- Proficiency in PyTorch; experience with distributed training or CUDA is a plus
- Comfort with Python, C++, or Rust in production settings
- Publications at top venues (NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL) are a plus but not required
- BS/MS/PhD in CS, EE, Math, or equivalent hands-on experience

Apply NowFounding Designer
Full-time · DelhiYou'll be the first designer at Chariot. This isn't a pure UI/UX role — you'll own everything visual, from the product interfaces our users interact with, to the brand identity of the company, to the content we put out into the world.
What you'll do
- Own product design for our tools, dashboards, and customer-facing platforms
- Build and maintain Chariot's brand identity — decks, one-pagers, visual direction
- Create and edit video and graphic content for social channels (X, LinkedIn)
- Prototype ideas directly in code using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, V0)
What we look for
- Strong visual taste — you have a portfolio that shows range across product, brand, and content
- Comfortable in Figma and able to develop functional prototypes using latest AI coding tools
- Can produce high-quality creative output — not just direction, but the actual artifact
- Video editing skills for short-form social content
- You think of yourself as a visual problem solver
Enterprise Account Director
Full-time · DelhiOwn the relationship with Chariot's largest customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts — understanding their needs, closing deals, and making sure they get value from our models and APIs.
What you'll do
- Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients across industries
- Drive the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to close
- Work with the product and engineering teams to shape solutions around customer needs
- Develop account strategies and expansion plans for key accounts
- Represent Chariot at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
What we look for
- Track record of closing enterprise deals in tech, SaaS, or AI/ML
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Enough technical depth to have credible conversations about AI, APIs, and integrations
- Self-starter — you'll be building the sales playbook, not following one
- Experience selling into Indian enterprises is a strong plus
